Do you remember my post called "For my Cooking Fans"? This is about those same games. (If you don't remember, find it on my blog.) The goal is to move up ranks, buy stuff at the upgrade shop, and make the food like the customer likes it. Makin' smoothies, pizzas, burgers, and tacos. Enjoy!

Last night, Liran tripped and cut her eyebrow/forehead open. Poor thing. There was a lot of crying and a lot of dad telling me to stay out of the kitchen where Liran was having "surgery". She had to get a butterfly strip. That's where the word "butterfly" comes like in the title. More specific, Liran tripped over me and hit her head on the wooden structure of her bed. Dad was talking about taking her to Urgent Care.

First, I would like some comments. It won't give you a tummy ache. :) Welcome to December, everyone. The month of Christmas, the first day of winter, and my aunt and grandpa's birthday. Our calendar has 13 "events". It's about time for the new year, everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving to all those who read my blog and others too! I hope you had a happy Thanksgiving! How about you list some things that you are thankful for?
I am thankful for my family, our food, and the computer.

My Birthday!

Tomorrow is my birthday! I am turning 7 YEARS OLD! I am so excited! I've already opened two presents inside one box from great aunt Gayle and great uncle Mike!

PS. Sometime, aunt Gena will get married to her friend Kevin! My first regular uncle! Unfortunately, she will be moving to Colorado. :( But fortunately we will be able to visit her sometime. :)

Bonus Info

Okay, the workbooks first. Mom got me some new workbooks recently. There was: A 5th grade math book and a 6th grade math book and a algebra and geometry book for the math. And then she got me a geography and maps book.


And for the chess news. If you don't know this already, I go to chess-club every Tuesday evening. And on a game with mom on the chess-club night of the week (also in the evening), I BEAT HER! Believe me, I really did.

Okay, in the time from my latest blog post to this one, a lot has happened. Jiushu has had surgery, the Liranator has moved back to a toddler bed. Luckily, I am actually sleeping until eight. Mom had to wake up at 4:50 AM to go to surgery. That's early. Good thing she took a nap. And I'm writing a story. I didn't finish it and didn't want to copy it to blogger.

Chess master

I beat mom at a chess game, (and it was still the middle of the game). I kept checking her with my knight and then she moved to a place where she thought I couldn't checkmate her and she didn't see that I could capture her... game over.

Okay, maybe it's a little short.

Ivan Sings by Aram Khachaturian

I'm learning how to play Ivan Sings, an easy song in the same music book that I'm learning to play For Elise in. I didn't put a video on because I can't even play both hands on the part that I know. And, Mom probably wouldn't want to put it on YouTube. The blog videos don't work, but you can put on you YouTube and it will work. Here's a pic.

God will protect you

If you are in Kansas City, watch out there, there might be a hurricane! Strong winds, a broken limb, definitely a severe storm. 

It's our neighbor's yard. The tree knocked down one of their porch rails and shattered the back window of their car.

Swimming suprise

I am learning how to swim with getting my face out of the water. I swam all the way across the pool and bring my head up to get breaths. (My poppy helps me.) I'm really good. I really want Mom and Dad to see me.

You see, my Dad has a fancy music book which has the song "For Elise". I can play the whole first page! Dad taught me, now Mom's teaching me. By the way, it has 4 pages. I definitely am not as good as Beethoven, (the author of the song), but I am good. Here's a video:

Saturday was the party! There were chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting, and my mom's mom brought chocolate covered strawberries. Here are the girls:

Liran at the Zona Rosa fountain

Today is Liran's birthday. She's 2 years old. After a year of dealing with one year old Liran, she finally is a two year old. She's very cute. She's very brave, and when she was one, she often got hurt. Maybe once every two days. A few times she has cut her lip, (another time today), and once her nose. One time she fell down the last three steps of our front porch. Anyway, she is very, very cute. she likes to swim, and yesterday, we went swimming twice, once at a friend's mom's house and again at my grandparent's pool. They live only a few miles away. And we're going to a another friend's house on Tuesday. Liran's thumb is cracked and red because she sucks her thumb while her other hand is in peapod. She can be noddy sometimes.

Giving presents/Library Program

Last night, (July 18th), I offered to give up a dollar from my bank and buy my sisters one dollar gifts. Mom decided to give me another one dollar bill to pay for the other gift. She didn't have a one dollar bill so she took my one dollar bill and gave me a five dollar bill to pay with. So I bought gifts for my sisters.

This morning, we went to the Parkville library for a dinosaur program with Paleo Joe.  When it was ending, Liran took off. Mom asked a librarian to help her. They soon found Liran. Mom told Liran that is wasn't okay to go off without mom. So Liran learned her lesson.

Getting started

Okay. The first thing I want to tell you is: This is my second blog post. I don't want anybody to report this blog abuse to blogger. You may comment ideas for another blog post. I will try to make pictures common on my blog. If you click on the photos, they'll become bigger. I try to make my posts interesting by adding links as well as photos. A favorite game
